GPU: Gigabyte GeForce GT 1030 (I just bought it, can't buy 1050 Ti due to low budget only 80$ in my country, PH Specifically)

CPU: AMD A4-3400 APU (I would like you to suggest me a quad core CPU)

Mobo: f1a55-m lk r2.0
(That's why I suggested to advice me a new MOBO because I can't find any compatible quad core CPU for sale on my country)
Note: Please also tell me if the mobo you'll suggest needs DDR3 or DDR4 RAM.

TAKE NOTE ALSO: MY BUDGET IS ONLY $80 FOR CPU and $80 ALSO FOR MOBO.

Much appreciated if bundle, I also saw a bundle that's for sale for 130$ which is AMD 7th Gen A8 9600 Quad Core AM4 3.4GHz APU Processor with Radeon R7 Graphics and Emaxx EMX-A320-GAMING Motherboard Bundle

Will this be OK? I feel like I don't want an APU CPU because I now have a GPU. So please give me an advice.

Solution
The apu wont overpower your gt1030.
.
Since you actually can buy ddr4:
Am4 msi a320m (actually, any cheap a320 mobo from asrock/biostar is okay). Put x4 950 on it.
The processor is from previous generation, but it should be enough for one or two year, especially because 1030 won't bottleneck it. Then you can upgrade to ryzen.
Add one stick of 8gb ddr4 so you can add one more next year when ram prices are down.

What's best, more compatible in gaming and has a lot more compatible CPU's, the FM2 or FM2+ socket? What do you prefer?

Unfortunately, Intel core i5 is real expensive here, even the i3 itself is expensive.

Found gigabyte ga h61-ds2. And it's good for low budget, problem is a low budget CPU, can't find. Any suggestion?

Also I cannot find any Fx 6300 and msi 760gm-p23.

Can't I go with AMD 7th Gen A8 9600 Quad Core AM4 3.4GHz APU Processor with Radeon R7 Graphics and Emaxx EMX-A320-GAMING Motherboard Bundle? It has DDR4 RAM though, but I'll just add a budget to it also, my only problem is the A8 APU cpu has Radeon R7 Graphics, will it overpower my GPU (GT 1030) cause if it will then my GPU would go useless, and I heard CPU is better than APU, cause APU's performance can be divided.
