Advice on liquid cooling

Hello, I was considering purchasing a kraken G12 for my gpu sometime in the near future. I was trying to look into which cooler would be best. I would assume the 240/280 rad would be better coolers but the problem is I have the NZXT S340 elite case (which houses only 4 slots for fans). So my options are 1. Get a 280 rad and place it on the front two slots, and keep the top fan and rear fan as exhaust. But then I am worried that there won't be alot of air flow in the case (or it would be blowing warm air) . Or option 2. Get a single fan rad so I could keep one air fan in one of the front slots to keep a little bit of airflow. I'm honestly not sure which option would be best to get optimal temps everywhere. Thanks!

You could get the 240/280 for your CPU and have a 120/140 for your GPU. As for mounting+orientation, always have the intakes at the front and bottom and have exhausts at the top and rear. SO logically even if you have a 120 for the GPU and you mount it to the rear or top fan location, they should be in exhaust.

So do you think I would get better temps even with a single fan (120) on my gpu? In the long run I would like to get a liquid cooler for both my cpu and gpu but I can't afford both right now and I'm getting pretty good temps on my Ryzen.
