http://benchmarkreviews.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=826&Itemid=63 - Intel I7 3690X

Already have GTx 670 - It should be enough

8gb of ram is more than enough for any modern game. Why do you need so much. Games will not perform any better with 64gb vs 8gb.
The best gaming CPU is the i5 3570k. Games do not hyperthread so an i7 is pointless unless you do video encoding.

Well, I kinda run 1 server on my computer. It gobbles up my 8GB ram, so it's not enough.
Also, i want my computer to be future-proof.

Get 16GB, by the time 64GB is required the next generation of RAM will be out.

Depends, my internet is quite fast (500mb/s) so any works.
I run 1 web-server and 2 game servers.
They seem to eat my 8GB ram up.
