advice on mini-ITX build components

I'm building my first HTPC/server/media centre. I would greatly appreciate some feedback on the components I want to use! The plan is to expand it with more HDDs over time. And I wanted the Mobo and case to be able to handle some components from my gaming rig, when I update that in 1-2 years (i7 4770k, cooler, gtx 770), to have a small competent gaming rig.

Case: Fractal Design Node 304
PSU: beQuiet! 430W 80+ Bronze
Motherboard: ASRock Z97E-ITX/AC (mini ITX)
CPU: i3 4370
RAM: G.Skill Ares 8 GB (DDR3 PC3-12800 1600MHz, Low Profile)
SSD: Intel 530 series 120 GB
HDD: WD 3TB red x2

Any advice/feedback would be appreciated!

Looks fine but if it is just a media center and you plan to change the CPU why not save cash and get the top Pentium g instead of the i3

I was concerned that transcribing video media for up to four people (on-site/off-site) may put quite some strain on the CPU.

I'm using the H version of that mother board but I see that you plan to overclock, so fine.
CPU: two real cores + two virtual cores vs cheaper Pentium with two real cores and a slower clock. Only the OP can easily make the upgrade vs good now calculation. Those Pentiums are pretty stout.
RAM: could be cheaper, but I assume it's ready for the final build where you can use that speed.
SSD: Crucial 128Mb is pretty much better all round (and they make the chips) Faster, cheaper, bigger. I went with a 256MB for future applications launching.
HDD: Beyond my experience.
