Hi Guys,
I am searching for a motherboard + ram for my i7 10700 I got.
can you guys advise me on what to take?
I want the best benefit from this CPU and ram I want to buy.

been contemplating between asus z490 prime and Asus tuf b460

Solution
Is that for just the motherboard?
How much ram do you need.
Do you need wifi?

Some thoughts:

MATX motherboards are usually less expensive. The difference mainly is 4 vs. 7 expansion slots.
How many past the graphics slot will you plan on using?

I would go with a 500 series chipset. They are better evolutions of the 400 series and are really no more expensive. One advantage is that the B560 chips allow faster ram via overclocking.

Many will include wifi.

Here is a msi B560M for $130:

If you want wifi, either add in a wifi card or look for included wifi

Intel does not depend on fast ram for performance.

This g.skil 3600 ram is one of the lowest priced 2 x 8gb kits...
What sort of a budget do we have to work with? What is your preferred site for purchase? What is the case that you're working with, in case we need to factor in your case's form factor(mitx/matx/atx)?

Since the i7 you have listed won't allow you to overclock the processor, you're fine going with the B460 chipset, then drop in a DDR4-2933MHZ ram kit. If you want to go higher on ram frequency, you will need a Z490 chipset. The latter option will mean a more expensive route.
