Advice on my new rig

hey guys I finally have selected the pc components for my new build-

msi h97 pc mate mobo
i5 4690
msi gtx 970 gaming 4g
cooler master hyper 212 Evo
corsair vs 650 Psu

I Already have a case and hdd and also 8gb ddr3(2*4gb 1600mhz)

I got a tight budget and the above listed components perfectly fits my budget

I just want to know if they will all run together smoothly?

I don't plan on overclocking.

Also tell me if I have to update the bios of my mobo for the 4690 or the pre installed bios will do?
