Hello there,

I'm looking to build a new gaming new rig so I pass on my old one onto my Dad.

This is my first "from scratch build", so here's what I'm looking at;

  • NZXT Phantom 410 Case
    Windows Home 64bit
    Corsair Builder Series CXM 600W Modular 80 PSU
    Kingston Technology 120gb SSD
    Western Digital WSEZEX 1TB 7200 RPM HDD
    Cooler Master RR-212E-16PK-R1 Hyper 212 Evo (for cpu)
    Corsair Vengeance LPX 8 GB (2 x 4 GB) DDR4 2400 Mhz
    MSI GTX 970
    MSI H170 Gaming M3 Motherboard
    I5 6600K Processor (or) I5 4690K

Will I run into any issues here?

Don't think I5 4690k is compatible with DDR4... have you used pcpartpicker.com 's compatibility checker? Also, the motherboard says that it's not compatible with 2400 MHz RAM (you won't get the full performance, the closest is 2133 MHz
