Advice on new case to re-house an old motherboard and components?

Hi,

I am a long time reader of this website but this is a first post / question. I need some advice.

I have an old system (I bought secondhand a while ago) which is currently in a ridiculously large case, and I'm wondering what my options are as far as re-housing the system in a new case. Ideally, I'd like to use as narrow a case as possible (something similar to business SFF cases if possible) but I understand the mobo and components (particularly the large graphics card - although I'm willing to replace it) will limit my options.

The current case / power supply / graphics card makes a lot of noise too.

The current specs:

Motherboard:
-Manufacturer ASUSTeK Computer INC.
-Model P5B (Socket 775)
-VersionSystem Version
-Chipset Model P965/G965
-Southbridge Model 82801HB/HR (ICH8/R)
- On the board it says: P5B <GREEN>

CPU:
-Intel Core 2 Duo E6400
-Code Name Conroe
-Technology 65nm

Graphics:
-Radeon X1950 Pro
-GPU RV570
-Subvendor Gigabyte (1458)
-Series Radeon X1K

2GB slow (333) RAM etc.... I'll probably improve this to 4GB slightly better ram (ideas?).

As I've said I'm willing to replace the Radeon 1950 pro if it is too high / long for a small case. Any suggestions of compatible newer cards that will fit in a small case and still allow 1080p HD video / very basic gaming (similar to the 1950)?

Thanks for the advice!

Regards,
Stuart
