Advice on new CPU

Hello All,
I am bored of my current rig, and I am looking into getting a new CPU. This time around I am going with AMD as I have been with Intel forever. I am looking at the FX-8320/8350 and the new Kaveri APU. Let me start by saying I understand it is impossible at this point in time to benchmark a Kaveri and FX.

My question is, in your opinion, will the new Steamroller APU's be able to produce the gaming potential of the old FX's?

Is it worth the wait for the Kaveri or just go with the FX with confidence that the initial Kaveri's wont fully replace it (although future apus may)?

It's suppose to surpass it in single-core performance...but I wouldn't count on the two mudule's/four cores to be better for gaming than an O.Ced 8320...That said the 8320 is 140 right now and the top model Kaveri's going to be 180+...I wouldn't even wait for something marketed towards people who don't own dedicated GPU's.

The Kaveri Apu's will no doubt be about 8-10% more powerful but you know they will come with an increased price tag. Just like the 3rd and 4th generation of Intel the i5 4670k is more expensive but many people still buy the I5 3570k because the price difference isn't worth the performance increase. So it's just a choice between wanting to save more money or having a more powerful processor.
I doubt the FX's will get phased out within the next 2 years, they are a very popular. It all just depends if the performance increase is worth the increase in price.
