You need to provide a little more info in order to get any meaningful advice. What does the budget include? Monitor, keyboard, OS? If you already have a monitor, what resolution does it run at? What will the computer be used for other than gaming?

sorry for the lack of info.
i do not need a moniter or OS. no keyboard or mouse necessary in this budget as well. mostly for gaming, the rest would include music, movies, internet.

OC more then 3.7ghz would be nice :p

The HD 4870 is a good choice here but make sure it's the 1GB version, not the 512MB. Also, be prepared to add a second one later if needed.

I'd suggest something like this:
E8500 $188
GA-EP45-UD3P $115

Xigmatek Dark Knight $40

Corsair 750TX $110

RC-690 $80

RAM: 4GB $45

Sapphire HD 4870 1GB $215

The total should be about $800.

Bad idea, because then that's it, you won't have any way to add more graphics power.
I'll try to find you some benchmarks, but TBH I wouldn't recommend it even if it is faster.

Yes, kind of. An RC-690 would be better, but it's $20 more.

Here's a quote from a newegg reviewer:

Rating + 4Rating + 4Rating + 4Rating + 4Rating + 4 Great case, but check measurements

Pros: - Plenty of options for case cooling. I've got 4 disks in a RAID5, and dual 4870's in CrossFire. Cooling is good.
- Decent area for tucking spare cable lengths
- Case opens easily, which I like because I'm always futzing with something.
- Good construction
- Very affordable for the quality, making this a great case.

Cons: - Front panel jacks are above drive bays, meaning cables plugged into the front may interfere with opening your DVD drive(s). Not a killer problem, but annoying.
- The cable for the front panel audio had to stretch "kitty-corner" to reach the Mobo connector on my P5Q3. Sure would have liked to route it cleanly.
- Not really a con, but where's the rubber mounts for disk drives, and silicon mounts for fans? I've been spoiled by the Antec Sonata, and was hoping the 300 had those features too. Oh well.

Other Thoughts: - Space is tight for certain HW combinations. I had a hard time fitting 4 hard drives in with dual HIS Radeon HD 4870 boards. The boards were long enough that their power connectors prevented drive placement in two bays. And the HIS boards were wide enough that I was not able to use one of my Mobo's 6 SATA connectors. I think a right-angle SATA connector would work, but I had to use the only one I have to connect my last drive that was crammed up against a video board. Still, I managed to fit it all in there okay.
- Another thing to think about... this case is designed to have the PSU on the bottom, and many Mobos (like the P5Q3 I bought) have connector placements that favor a PSU at the top of the chassis. So, I had to connect my 12-pin EATX lead by running it over my video boards, since the Antec SG850 PSU lead wasn't long enough to route around. I didn't bother to try extensions though - it works. *shrug*
