You need a bigger PSU for that build if u'll be overclocking the CPU i'd go with EVGA SuperNova 750 other than that it's a very good build, if you're not completely restricted with your budget why not go for 6700k and a Z170 mobo tho?

About the PSU, Okay, thanks.
And for the latter, I have a budget of £1,200 (and I'm slightly going over that, so I cant spend anymore :/)

It because I want this build to be long term, because the next time I'l want to buy a new build will be when I leave university, in about 5 years (I'm still in 6th form), so between now and then, I want to make sure that I can play top of the line games without having to worry about not having enough RAM.

However, if you think that 32GB will be too much to play games even up until 2020, then I'll half it to 16GB, but like I said, its's just to make sure

You know I don't know the future. What I can say is there's only a hand full of games that can use more than 8GB. No game has came close to 16GB. You only need more than that for video rendering/editing programs.

And I wish to do video editing. Anyway, as long as DDR3 stay relevant for a while, then it should a while

I merely just trying to help with saving money. If the video editing isn't the first priority, you still could be wasting money. RAM is used when needed. If the system only requires 12 GB, having the extra 20 isn't going to benefit you. Now faster RAM could help.

Other than the previous PSU recommendations, that being a little more wattage, nothing else needs to be changed.
