Advice on overclocking GPU with MSI Afterburner?

I want to get the most of my R9 380 2GB. However will overclocking my GPU harm it's lifespan? I have it on these settings:

Am I able to just put the voltage and clock speeds on the maximum without doing harm?

yes it does decrease lifespan esp if you oc too high.
be careful with the voltages, that's how you can kill a gpu/cpu
