I am buying AMD 3.5 GHz AM3+ FX 8320 8 Core Piledriver Processor with ASRock 970 Pro2 Motherboard . I want to know how much can I overclock and what cooling system will be best around 30 $.I am buying a system fan with 3500 rpm Deepcool ICEDISK 2 Cooler. Will it be enough for throwing the air out?
I heard the this processor has 4 hidden cores too.How do I unlock them.

Solution
how far your overclock will go just depends on your specific CPU, each individual chip is unique, like us.

for $30, the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo is your best bet.

also, the only AMD chips i can recall with unlockable cores are the AMD Phenom II X4 960T (which unlocked to Phenom II X6 1605T for me) & AMD Phenom II X4 970 (which unlocks to a Phenom II X6 1705T). in reality, these CPUs were actually 6 core CPU's and had 2 cores disabled because either they had some sort of defect or simply because AMD wanted to sell them as quad core CPUs.

Solution

I want A water cooling system.

it's extremely rare that you'll see a closed loop water cooler around $30 but, i did see the thermaltake water 2.0 performer on sale for exactly $29.99 at my local microcenter in california. honestly though, my cooler master TPC812 air cooler can probably outperform it; i wouldn't recommend it.
