Hey everyone,

I've been putting together the parts for my first PC build (for gaming), and I would really appreciate some advice. Since this is really my first shot at this, I don't know if there are things that I'm missing, or if I'm overpaying on parts that I don't really need.

Thanks for your time,

If you don't plan to upgrade to overclockable CPU, I suggest using B85 or H97 mobo (Like Gigabyte G1.Sniper B5 or MSI H97 Gaming 3). Also go for the samsung 840 EVO 120 GB SSD + seagate barracuda 1 (or 2) TB HDD will save more money on storage, everthing else is fine

You dont need a cpu cooler because im assuming you arent over cloxking since the cpu isnt a K series and also since you arent overclocking get an h87 board because z87 is for overcloxking

I saw a few stock clearance on 4670K with only 200$ compare to newly 240$ 4690K so maybe it's a good idea to pick 4670K now
