Advice on price of pair of used GTX 970s?

I'm upgrading to a GTX 1080 Ti later this month, and I need to sell my cards. I have a set of

EVGA ACX 2.0 SC GTX 970's I bought back in December 2014, I've used them since then and

never had a single malfunction, never had a cooling issue, and never overclocked. My friend

told me that he wants one for less than 100$, since his buddy is selling a brand new one for 110$,

but I feel like that's a rip off, but price ranges on amazon and ebay are drastic, so how much

should I be selling these for?

A balanced price would be about 130-140, you can get a new RX 480 which performs the same for $170 on sale, however the 970 offers better cooling.

RX 470 is $139 new on newegg; I wouldn't pay more than $100 for 2.5 year old cards from previous gen with 3.5GB limit

That's true it's been proven age does not degrade a graphics card's performance, only fans and hard drives.

A new 1050 Ti goes for $119, and a 1060 3GB goes for $179.
