Hello people! I am looking for advice, I am building a computer for my Girlfriend's Birthday but I got completely stopped on my tracks when I saw the prices in the Danish Market for PC components. I've already crafted 3 potential budget builds:

Skylake i3 - GTX 1050 TI "Break the Bank" Build

Cooler Master Silencio 352 - micro ATX
Cooler Master Seidon 120V
Transcend SSD220S - 2.5 "de 240GB SATA-600
Fractal Design Venturi Series - 120mm
Intel Core i3 6100 / 3.7 GHz Processor - LGA1151
ASUS GeForce GTX1050TI-4G PH - 4GB
Seagate Desktop HDD ST500DM002 - 500GB
ASUS H110M-A/M.2 - Micro-ATX LGA1151
Crucial - 4GB DDR4 2133MHz PC4-17000 CL15 x2
Corsair VS Series VS550
Stock i3 Cooler

Skylake Pentium - GTX 1050 TI "Prime Budget"

Intel Pentium G4560 / 3.5 GHz Processor - LGA1151
ZOTAC GeForce GTX 1050 Ti Mini grafikkort - 4GB
SeagateGuardianBarraCudaST500LM030 SATA-600 500GB
ASUS H110M-A/M.2 - Micro-ATX LGA1151
Crucial - 4GB DDR4 2133MHz PC4-17000 CL15 x2
Corsair VS Series VS550
Fractal Design Core 1300 - Micro-ATX Black
Stock Pentium Cooler

Haswell i5 GTX 760 "Upgrade Build"

Intel Core i5 4460 / 3.2 GHz Processor - LGA1150
MSI NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760 OC 2GB GDDR5
Seagate Desktop HDD ST500DM002 - 500GB
Gigabyte GA-Z97-HD3 - LGA1150
Kingston HyperX FURY - 8GB: 2x4GB 1866MHz DDR3
Corsair Builder Series CX600 V2 - 600W 120 mm Sort
Fractal Design Core 2300 - ATX Sort
Intel Core i5 4460 Stock Cooler - LGA1150

I have three questions on these builds though, first I'd like to know how the first two would perform against each other?, meaning which one gives me "More bang for my buck" Purely Price to performance ratio.

Second question is upgradability. This is where the third build comes in. I am getting both Motherboard and the GTX 760 for DIRT CHEAP (In the case of the GPU, it's 100% free), Is it worth it to build a computer with a Haswell processor when having in mind upgradability? and price/performance?

The plan would be to buy a GTX 1050 TI ASAP ROCKY for the third build.

Third question would be, how will the third build compare vs the other two in performance ONCE the 1050 TI is obtained. (As I understand that with a 760 they are simply uncomparable in performance)

Solution
Pentium G4560 FTW. It's the king when you're on a budget. However some parts choices are still questionable. Poor PSU, only 4GB RAM, H110M motherboard will need a BIOS update using a Skylake CPU etc.
