Advice on system upgrade

hey guys

I would like some advice on a upgrade i want to do before i go and buy it
I'm looking to move to Intel from amd so i like to know if this is a good deal or not, i've only about £400 to spend on this upgrade and want to make sure its a sound deal has i don't know much about inlet Motherboard
This is what i'm looking to get

  Intel core i5 4670k (OC @ 4.2)
  Asus Z87-A Intel Z87 Socket 1150 Motherboard
  8 GB Corsair Vengeance LP-1600MHZ 9-9-9-24 1.5v
  Costing £402.55p

But i got a choice of 8GB Corsair Vengeance 1866MHZ 9-10-9-27 for the same price of the 1600MHZ

Has you can let its a bundle deal from scan.co.uk but i like to know if that m/b is a good one and what ram to get ????

I mainly game online (e.g. cod, bf4 and some others ) and use cinema 4 D too
What i already got

  750 watts powercool PSU
  250GB samsung SSD
  500GB HDD
  XFX 7950 3GB Black DD Edition with Ghost Thermal and Hydrocell technology
  NZXT Phaton 410 black case
  Windows 7 home
  Corsair H80i cooler (with 2 fans)

All i like to know if its a good deal and if the motherboard good and what ram to pick out the two i posted up

please any advice would be great and please NO FANBOY WARS PLEASE

DDR3 1866 is virtually the same as DDR3 1600 is terms of gaming. Just stick with the DDR3 1600 and you'll be good. Everything else looks good!
