I have two questions about the RX580, firstly which AMD brand is considered the best? (budget doesn't matter too much) and secondly is it worth it to go with the 8GB VRAM model considering I am planning to upgrade in another two years?

Specs:
Intel i5-6600
Biostar B150-S1
16GB DDR3 RAM
MSi R9 380
Corsair CX600 PSU

I favor Asus/MSI/EVGA due to positive personal experiences with their videocards. There is no objective 'best'. I recommend making a list of your priorities, then seeing what cards with positive reviews best fit your needs, then pick the least expensive one of those. For instance, RGB lighting means nothing to me, but it might be something you want.

I'd go with the 8gb version, if you like to crank the settings without losing framerate you can't have too much vram.

Appreciate the response, I was looking at either the Sapphire Pulse or the ASUS Dual, both seem to get good reviews but as the Sapphire is a bit cheaper I may go for that as I'm also not looking to overclock, thanks for the help.

I have bought quite a few Sapphire cards over the years. They are generally well made/designed products with quality components. Their RX 480 had mixed reviews however. But with the release of the RX 580, it seems they have returned to form. Generally speaking, you can't go wrong with Sapphire.

There are dozens of reviews on YouTube if you want to know more about the various RX 580's. Look at channels like GamersNexus, Hardwarecanucks or Hardware Unboxed.

Yeah the Sapphires seem to be very well reviewed however I just found a PowerColor Red Devil at around the same price as the Sapphire. The Powercolor is very well scored as well and for only a couple of £'s extra it seems like the better deal, as long as it can last two years before I upgrade it that's good, appreciate all this feedback as always.
