advice on this build, and what wattage psu i will need

hey everyone, doing a second build soon for my uncle. i just build my first gaming pc and everything went really awesome. with some help from you guys it was great. anyway i am building a pc for my uncle that he will be using for basically only home use, browsing, email, skype, documents, faxing, all that normal stuff. absolutely no gaming or anything of the sort. i am on a budget with it, so this is where i am at right now.

amd a8 6600k richland

256 samsung ssd. 840 pro or evo, havent decided yet, but one of the two
memory i havent decided yet, 2X 4gb sticks. something cheap, but efficient, prob 1600.
windows 8.1 os
psu, i want the corsair cx430m is that enough power for this build? im pretty sure it is, but wanted to check with you guys first!

You should be fine, but if you're willing to spend a bit more, get a psu on tier 2b or lower from this list: http://www.eggxpert.com/forums/thread/323050.aspx
The CX series is tier 3, and while acceptable, it has a higher chance of failing.
