you have designed a last generation am2+ sys (=old)

better do a new gen AM3 sys w ddr3 for about same price.

Look at "Phenom II" 550 x2, or "Athlon II" 250 series.

The rest is not bad.
But for the $550ish dollars in the case section, you can get newer with future upgrade options, and faster perf.
DDR3 prices are more competitive now.
You don't need to buy a separate heatsink - it's included stock.
And you can probably get a case/PSU combo. A case is just a bucket.
I am not a fan of asrock - and you want an AM3 MOBO.

There are more informed ways to go cheap.
Biostar mobos have a lot of fans.

Other people can also suggest stuff - but that's my bit - basically I think you are designing a waste of money with a new am2+ system.
If you have an existing AM2+ sys, then you can simply drop in an AM3 cpu (backwards compatible) = done. But to go and buy an AM2+ = wrong - buy a "socket AM3" mobo and build on that new foundation with a future. Ask at amdzone.

prebuilt? - you are talking to the wrong guy - it's an investment in compromise and cheezee - not for me. You need to research more. It's not ez; but it's your money, and people can help.

Yes I think Phenom II X2 or an E5200 (oc'd) would be what I would pick.
