Advice on this computer build I want

I made a build on pc part picker and I would like advice on it, especially on the motherboard as I always read bad things about every motherboard I have looked at. Preferably I'd like advice off people who have had experience with some of these parts, thanks. Also I would like to know if it can run skyrim with a decent amount of mods (I like to run alot of gameplay overhaul and armour/weapon mods), and how would it do on Fallout 4?
