Advice on upgrading this or starting again.

Hi all,

Just wanted some input on upgrading an office system. it will used to manage two businesses.

CPU: E6400 2.13 GHz
MOBO: MSI P965 Neo
GPU: 7950 GT
HDD: 320Gb sata
DVD drive
card reader which is crap cos it aint compatible with anything any more
CASE: sh*t
PSU: 400w

In my opinion this is all, too outdated, maybe could save the HDD and the DVD drive but everything else is worthless.
Could anyone provide some insight intoi this situation.
the new or upgraded build would need t be able to easily handle email, access remote storage, and run a varied amount of business managment software.

Worthless to the average user cuz they're too lazy to look up the specs & hardware support of the parts. like the mobo, it may support newer cpus.

What's your budget? Any gaming or overclocking?

i meant worthless cos the specs dont fit the needs of the system.

no gaming, i may over clock it ( its for my parents)

budget would be around $800 AUD

HDD: If the existing one is SATA, savage it. Otherwise, upgrade to SATAII. i.e.
Western Digital Caviar SE16 WD6400AAKS 640GB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Hard Drive - OEM

I am going to look into the prices of these parts and consult my rents because the system is for them.
