Hello, i would like some help to decide if and what i should upgrade.
I am not sure about some details of my pc because i am away atm.
Currently i have :

MOBO Gigabyte ga-b75-d3v
CPU Intel core i5 2400 sandy bridge.
GPU Sapphire Radeon HD6770 series.
RAM Corsair 4gb (can't remember more, planning to upgrade this for sure).
PSU Coolermaster 700w (same here, not sure about the model).
Storage Western Digital Caviar Black 1tb.
OS Windows 8.1 pro 64bit.

I am using this pc mostly for gaming and browsing, watching videos/movies etc.
With this pc i am kinda stuck on medium-low settings for games like stacraft2, skyrim, wow and i am getting something like 20-25 average fps on dragon age: inquisition having all settings all the way down.
What changes do you suggest? I am not looking for ultra settings for newest games but more like fluid 60fps on medium settings.

Of course, money is the issue here so, the cheaper - the better, but i would get something more expensive if it will go long way rather than having to upgrade it again in 1 year.

Thanks in advance.

I would get more RAM at least 8GB, and a newer GPU (you need a newish one with 2GB VRAM min)

I would get this ram set, that is if this RAM is able to fit due to the height of it.

I would also get this card depending on the budget that you have.

or this card

They will be way more than enough to do "medium settings"

the 960 is a waste of money, you could get much better cards, I would agree with the R9 280 or higher but are you forgetting the RAM? He has 4gb, that is not enough for most games nowadays and a few games take 6gb minimum or they won't run.

What you want to upgrade in order of bang-for-the-buck for a gamer:
* Get a GTX 970 or R9-290X. If those are too expensive get a R9-280X.
* Get an SSD for your C:. Pretty much any SSD on the market will make a big improvement over your HDD.
* Get 8 or 16 GB RAM.
