Question Advice on what I should do about connecting a SSD to a motherboard

I have a HDD that I want to connect to a old PC, turned into a server.
Here is the specs. What I care about is the motherboard.

So I am using one of the SATA ports it has, I have a spare in the form of the SATA port they have for the optical drive (Does this mean anything/ are all SATA ports the same? I will post the lspci -v gave me below)
I can't connect it to the power because the double power connecter is meant for one drive and one optical drive(the connecter is smaller here), not 2 drives...

The usb ports don't supply power so I can't use a USB 3.0 to SATA connector as the drive still needs power...

I have a power connector for the HDD, but the receiver is a 4 pin connector that I can't use on this motherboard.

Mainly the problem is I can't get power to the HDD. Any solutions?
The motherboard has x16 and a x1 PCIe slots, so I was thinking I could get a SATA HBA card, but it would need to supply power. If someone could direct me to one thats super cheap that would be nice.
