Advice on which motherboard.

I'm upgrading my pc and have got stuck on the motherboard part and I'm going to get the Asus h97 plus but I'm not sure whether to get the ATX or the Micro ATX version. My case is a CiT Vantage and I was just need help on choosing which one to go for.
