The first PC has an INTEL i7-11700K, RTX 3080, 1tb NVME SSD, Corsair icue h100i pro liquid cpu cooler, 6x Corsair RGB fans, 16gb of 3200mhz ram, rm850w psu

The second PC has a Ryzen 7 5800X, RTX 3070, 1TB SSD, Air cooled with case fans, 16gb ram

The second pc would be £400 cheaper for me.

Currently I use my pc for streaming and playing at a high competitive level with league of legends but I would like to play other games but my current pc really struggles with it hence why am i considering to upgrade. Which pc do you think would be best for someone that mainly streams league at a high competitive level as well as a person that would enjoy playing other games? I also forgot to mention that I personally have a 144hz monitor and not planning to upgrade anytime soon.

I take it these are prebuilts?
RM non-X is known to have issues with RTX 3080 and higher transient power spikes, so PC #1 is out because you'll end up paying for a new psu.
What psu is in the 2nd one? Same one? Then it would be ok.

Probably best you try to find LoL cpu benchmarks or something, as the gpu isn't going to heavily influence that game... as for other titles, it's a toss up, because some favor Core i, and others Ryzen.

Both pre builds yes.
I personally dont know the PSU as its not listed therefore I asked the seller about the extra details so I can say that when he responds.
Hmm, the first pc the seller never mentioned anything about that, he has said that he has played on the PC for 4 months and didn't mention anything about that.
