I am building an i5 computer going to do some overclocking nothing too crazy probably 3.6ish or less and I have all my parts set for the most part. The only thing that worries me is this power supply.

XFX P1-750B-CAG9 750W ATX12V / EPS12V SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS SILVER Certified Modular Active PFC Power Supply

Saw it in a combo deal with xfx graphics card which was 60 bucks off so it was a very good deal. Does this look like a good psu to you guys? I am not that up to date with new psu's and the reviews on this are sparse and hard to find. Any help would be appreciated....here is the rest of the build...

As Johnlucky said, the new XFX supplies are manufactured by Seasonic....which are absolutely fabulous, running a 430W Modular Seasonic PSU in my machine and its the best $65 I've every spent.

You could probably get away with 100W less...frankly even that system wont use more than 300W at any given time, and get a 650W Seasonic X650 Gold, the same PSU in JohnnyLucky's machine...and you can trust him. It is certified for 80 Plus Gold...extremely efficient.

The XFX supply isn't a bad supply for the money though, as its still $20 cheaper than the seasonic 650W Gold supply.

Long story short: Sounds good.
