Are you buying a monitor: Right now no..but later will get 3 Monitor.

Parts to Upgrade: New build.

Do you need to buy OS: Yes , Windows 7 64 ... which is good OEM or Retail ? and why?

Parts Preferences: Light-blue looking PC , main colour SilverStone PS06 .

Overclocking: Maybe

Your Monitor Resolution: Right now using Acer G205H 20" inch , 1600x900..
I already ask Tom's Hardware wether the 7970 will run 1 monitor 1600x900 .. and yes it can. no problem with that.

Additional Comments: Do i really need CPU cooler ? if yes, will buy Enermax ETS-T40-TA ... and light blue cathode...
Water Cooling ? i guess not.. if the installation & maintainence is hard & costly too..

And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: For my very-first new PC , add some stylish PC & Sleek-looking PC .. and some GAMING elements ~

Right now i'm active in playing Battlefield Play4Free, its really laggy .. so..
I ask my friend for advice on how to upgrade my graphic.. he told me that i just need a good GPU & PSU .. so i survey GPU and then i saw this sexy beast ..
Sapphire HD 7970 3GB Vapor-X and it cost around Rm1400 ( $460 ) and i saw SilverStone PS06..
I think i'd better get new PC for that. haha..
Now i'm run out of budget , its like now is i got $400 / $1500 .. better start collect money for this rig .. in 1 or 2 years i should get all of this components.
