Hey gang,
Forgive the short message, but I hope you can adivse, I'm a bit overwhelmed .......
I'm looking to get a new PC as my current system is several years old although it still is pretty strong compared to main systems today for my memory, storage, and CPU speed needs. I'm not a big gamer, but that's also because my current system started having some issues with certain games and also generally not having enough time. However, I do a lot of coding, data, sound, and virtualisation work so need a lot of power, memory, and speed. My main concerns are to do with noise, cooling, heat, space, and dust protection as my room is inexplicably very dusty from what I don't know. My current system sounds like a rocket ship when under heavy load (always has been, fans are fine, and I can hear it from the other end of the house) while generating a lot of heat in my room (the central heating has never been turned on in that room). I haven't built a PC in years so I'm not really up on a number of hardware trends over the past few years.
I'd very much appreciate thoughts on the system spec below particularly if something needs adding, is just irrelevant, or where a better option can be stated (Cyperpower might not do it though). It is very pricey so I don't want to have any big mistakes from day 1. Questions or notes are against each item. Thanks in advance: -

■ CASE: Cooler Master Dominator CM-690 III Mid-Tower Gaming Case w/ Side Panel Window - Will this case have enough space particularly for the GPU card and it's cooling system?
■ CASE UPGRADE: AKASA Vegas LED Strip Light - Bling I know, but I've never had a case with a side panel before.
■ POWERSUPPLY: Cooler Master 1000watt Silent Pro M2 Modular Gaming Power Supply - Triple SLI Ready - Is this enough power? Some reviews of the GPU card state it needs up to 650W so with everything else I'm not sure. This is the most powerful Silent Pro Cyperpower sell although I could get a Corsair 1200W which I'm presuming is much more noisey. Cooler Master do sell a 1500W Silent Pro power supply.
■ MOTHERBOARD: ASUS Rampage V Extreme INTEL X99 Chipset,3-Way SLI/Crossfire supported,4 Channel DDR4 ATX Mainboard w/8 RAM slots,ExtremeEngineDigi+ IV,UEFIBios,ROG SupremeFX HDAudio,GbLAN,USB3.0,SATA-III RAID,4 Gen3 PCIex16 & 1 PCIex1 - I believe this motherboard is okay for this case, but not sure.
■ CPU: INTEL® Core™ i7-5960X Extreme Edition Eight-Core 3.00 GHz 20MB INTEL Smart Cache LGA2011-V3
■ OVERCLOCK: CPU Safe and Stable overclock: guaranteed min. 10%, max. 20% - I could do the overclocking myself, but the extra price is very low
■ MEMORY: 32GB (8x4GB) DDR4/3000mhz Quad Channel Memory (Kingston HyperX Predator w/Heat Spreader)
■ VIDEO: AMD Radeon R9 295X2 Dual GPUs 8GB GDDR5 PCIe 3.0 x16 Video Card (Single Card (Dual GPU)) - Is this card too big for the case particularly because of the extra space required for it's cooling block? It will mean I don't have to install 2 video cards.
■ SOUND: Creative Sound Blaster ZXR 5.1 PCI-Express Sound Card
■ FAN: Corsair Hydro Series H100i Performance Liquid Cooling system w/240mm Radiator (For Ultra Silent Operation -- Sharkoon Eagle SE Ultra Silent Modular Fan, 500-1200rpm) - I've never dealt with liquid cooling before. I believe this requires no refilling, but not sure if the size is too big for the space available.
■ EXTRA FANS: 3 x 120mm Silent Case Cooling Fans in selected case key areas for ultra silent operation (500-1,200 RPM Sharkoon Silent Eagle SE 120mm Modular Fans with Dimple Surface Blade and Twister Bearing 8-14 dBA) - Are this many fans just overkill and be too noisey?
■ HDD: 512GB (1x512GB) Plextor M6e M.2 PCIe Solid State Drive, Read: 770MB/Sec, Write: 628MB/Sec, Controller: Marvell 88SS9183 Controller - Faster SSD drive for OS, small swapfile, and temp files (some applications I cannot change where they set their temp files).
■ HDD2: 1TB Samsung 840 EVO SATA III Gaming MLC Solid State Disk - Main data drive with main swapfile
■ HDD3: 1TB Western Digital IDE 7200 RPM - Drive in my current system that I'd like to transfer over as soon as I get a IDE-SATA adapter.
■ HDD COOLER: Vigor iSURF II Hard Disk Drive Cooling System - Are these any good? Is it worth it with the other cooling setup already stated? I know I don't need this for SSD, but what about the IDE drive mentioned

■ EXTRA2: Ultra Enhanced Packaging Solution Mid Tower - Protect Your Dream System During Transit
■ EXTRA3: NZXT SENTRY LX Dual Bay High Performance Fan Control, Clock and Temperature - Unnecessary bling I know as I'm sure I could do this through some software, but the extra price is very low
■ EXTRA4: Cyberpower Sound Absorbing Foam -- reducing audible noise transmitted through solid case panels by up to 75% - Are these really effective and do they hinder airflow and therefore cause more heat?
■ EXTRA5: Cyberpower Anti-Vibration Fan Mounts -- reducing the noise transmitted from Fans - No idea what difference these will really make.
■ EXTRA6: Cyberpower Power Supply Gasket -- reducing the noise transmitted from Power Supply
Display, Black
■ WARRANTY: DESKTOP GOLD WARRANTY: 3 Year Labour, 2 Year Parts, 2 Year Collect and Return plus Life-Time Technical Support - Probably pointless. What do you think of these warranties?
