Question Advice regarding 4070 Super and Display

Hi Community!

I am going to buy a new build including these parts..

Fractal Design Define 7 Black Solid
Asrock B650E Taichi Lite
AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D
Be Quiet Dark Rock Elite
Corsair Vengeance 32GB DDR5-6000 CL30-36-36-76
Be Quiet Straight Power 12 850W ATX 3.0
Samsung SSD 990 Pro 1TB M2 2280

I plan to get a 4070 Super but struggle to find the right one. There are so many different choices that i cant make a decision.
I am going to follow the 6 or more Fan Setup (Be Quiet Silent Wings 4 140mm) showed on this site -> https://hardware-helden.de/fractal-define-7-airflow-guide-das-optimale-lueftersetup/
As you can see, i prefer a silent build..so i would like to get a silent card which has a decent enough cooling. I dont want to overclock at all, but i dont mind OC versions of cards.
I mostly play RPG`s like Baldurs Gate 3, Cyberpunk 2077, etc...

For the Display..i usually play in the evening, in a rather dark room. On Weekends, the display is running most of the time. It should be adjustable in height. After working through many reviews, i chose:
AOC Q27G3XMN/BK

Questions:

Which 4070 Super to buy (Silent, Good Cooling)
Any other decent displays to consider?

Any standard heatsink and fan 4070 Super will get loud, especially in games like CP2077, and BG3. With that said, I believe the Founder's Edition is one of the quieter cards out there. Any card that you get can be adjusted to run quieter but you will sacrifice performance in the process and will probably need to undervolt/downclock it to keep the fans below 50%.
