Advice regarding storage options

Hi all,
I was sat with family the other day and we were all discussing how we all have memory cards ying around full of old photos. I want to do something about this, i would like to create a storage area on my network which can hold photos. This is not the whole problem.

The problem is i want to give family members the ability to upload photos to this storage directly from their mobile phones (seen as though everyone in the family takes photos on these), remotely, and then view the entire archive of photos that have been uploaded.

How do i go about setting this up?

I have Plex, but to allow family to upload i would need to:
1) buy a subscription plan
2) give everybody my plex account username and password.

Requirements
1) I don't want everyone to be using 1 account username and password
2) I want to restrict the media folders on my server to the 1 Family Photos folder only.
3) Server side application for me to manage access
4) Apps available for Android and apple devices
5) Remote upload and download feature


Ultimately:
I am looking for a solution which will involve me setting up the server, family members installing an app with their own logins (or using a web front end via device browser), from which they can click upload and select my server. Kind of like my own "Family dropbox".

Does anybody know of any software suites that cater for this?

Look into a NAS. Synology is a good one. They are on the Pricey side though. You can get a basic 2 Bay one and do like a RAID 1 mirror so you have some redundancy of your files in case one drive files (You really want another drive as a Offline backup. One that is ONLY plugged in when you need to do a backup. Then once the backup is done it is put in a safe place like a SAFE). You can then get the Snology Apps on the phones, download and upload files to the NAS, everyone can have their own Account and access to only certains files. You can also setup a Media Streaming service though it as well and they have to use the App to access it. It is a pretty easy setup too.
