Greetings, I'm a student and I recently purchased a 100$ pc and I'm looking for a GPU just for now under 60$. 2nd hand GPU is also good.

Here is my specs:
CPU: Intel Core i5-2400 3.10GHZ
Motherboard: MSI motherboard
MS-7717
Memory: DDR3 4gb of ram
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce 9800 GT 512MB
PSU: SHE-SH350A05 350W Max
Storage/HDD: 500 GB Samsung brand


I also have someone selling me GTS 450 1gb DDR5 for 20$, is it worth it?
Sorry for the specs because I'm not really good with computers.

I plan to play some med spec games. I can also change my PSU first but I'm just thinking what is a good GPU that I can get under $60 or is the GTS 450 good for now.
