Question advise after damage motherboard

hello all ,
my motherboard age is 1 week and it get damage
in my city we don't have good pc support
I know it is damage but which part of it gets the damage I don't know
I have done XMP to my 16gb 3000 ram
and I have notice when my pc in desktop there is load , and I listen to my pc and it is loud from the fan in the desktop
my motherboard b450 tomahawk max with Ryzen 7 2700X
after all that can anyone help me to keep my new motherboard safe ?

in idle around 40
but my Mobo turn off " cut off " in desktop without any jobs active
also my pc was so loud in desktop like it does something to load
the last thing I did is active windows key and after 2 min cut off and never work again
