should i use this card : https://azerty.nl/8-6150-801505/evga-geforce-gtx-960-supersc-acx.html

Since you already have a 950 video card unless you could sell yours and buy a GTX 970 your best option might be to buy another of the same video card and run them in SLI.
I would avoid that CM B500 power supply.
If your going to just run one video card then look at some of the B150 motherboards no real reason to spend more for a single card.

In my opinion that z170 motherboard is unnecessary, so i swapped it with b150. I chose one fully modular and good quality psu + the ram you were seeking for. You didn't say if you want nvidia or amd so i have suggested you a r9 380x.

I'm assuming you got same price range as we do here in north europe. This build should cost you around 800€. Also look for that PSU but the EVO model, i think its the newer one but i didn't find it on pcpartpicker. Also take the back exhaust fan and move it to front of the case to take air in so you got 2 intake fans and 2 exhaust fans :)

thanks for taking the time to look up this tuuf Thanks alot!!!! im definetly using the parts you recommend
