Advise on fittings - custom watercooling

So far i have chosen the
EK-Supremacy EVO
2x MSI NVIDIA GTX970 GPU Full Cover EK-FC970 GTX TF5
EK-XRES 140 D5 PWM with Pump

first of all, will these all work together and secondly, what fittings/tube size do i need?
are these ok? EK-CSQ Fitting 10/16mm G1/4 - Nickel

also is one 3.120 rad enough or should i get 2x 3.120

The watercooling sticky will help you answer your rad needs question but personally I'd have three 360s just for a giggle and those fittings will be fine as long as you buy 10mm/16mm tubing
