Question Advise on new system build and memory options is 4000 RAM worth it

I'm looking at the following build but not sure if it worth the extra money for the faster memory, also I'm open to any general opinions around the system in general as it ben a long time since I built one.

thanks for the advice, it a mixed-use system I do a lot of virtualisation with VMware and also GNS3 and play games occasionally but just generally want a powerhouse system which I shouldn't need to change for at least the next 3-4 years.
