[SOLVED] Advise on PreBuilts?

Hello , as we know due to the GPU shortage is almost impossible to buy a GPU. So I decided to go for a prebuilt , do guys think this specs are ok

Intel Core i5-9600K 3.7GHz
16GB RAM, 1TB HDD, 500GB M.2 SSD
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 + WiFi
Windows 10 Home (Free Windows 11 Upgrade)
3 Year Warranty (1yr parts 3yr labour)

ok? ok for what? its almost 3gen's old. for gaming its at the minimum requirements for new AAA titles.

I see a few bad things:
The 16gb of ram is single channel.

Corsair CV650 is not highly regarded on this list:

I would not contemplate ever upgrading.

the CPU is a little old, you could probably get a i5-11600k or i5-10600k for a similiar price. PCspecialist have a "configure your own pc" system. I'd highly recommend checking it out, you could probably get the same parts + better cpu and case for the same price.

That's an old CPU but an awesome CPU. If the price is good and you don't need more, why not?
If you have more budget, and can wait, then just wait for the new gen.
