advise on rx 480 + fx 8350 bottleneck or ram upgrade

hi i need help with my hardware
i have
my rig is
amd fx 8350
asus m5a99fx pro r2
2 x 4gb corasiar vengence ram
antec 700 watts vp700p
msi gaming x rx 480 8 gb
( no overclocking done so far )

i want to know
1.is there bottle neck in my rig coz wen i put full settings in( for honour )the system crashes i reinstalled many times over so i can only play in low settings only

2.or should i add extra 4 gb or 8 gb ram which may or may not increase gamming performance
( is it worth the upgrade at tis time for my rig )

Try updating your BIOS. Could be the main issue. See if that fixes it before you start plugging in more money into a system that is dead from an upgradability standpoint.
