Advise to buy laptop

Hi, I have to buy a new laptop, and my options are:

The first one has a i7-8750H with gtx 1060, and second has a i7-7700hq with gtx 1070..Moreover the second one has a better life battery and cooling system...I will use it, for ordinary life and to work with SOLIDWORKS, ansys and MATLAB, what advise to me?

1070 is better for gaming
I7 8750H has 2 more cores, better for work
The one from ASUS has better cooling and more silent.

here is the tought, how is your SOLIDWORKS, ansys and MATLAB work? already big, complex and you are really in need of stronger processor, or is it still considered normal?
If everything is not that big, I would take the one with better cooling. Choosing a laptop is not only about pure performance.
