My cousin downloaded a game off of some website and now my browsers are stacked with LaSuperba malware and I cant use my computer! Im running windows 10 and have put up with this for a month or so and im about to just buy a new hdd and ssd because i cant get rid of it! Ive tried everything and now ive uninstalled chrome and I keep getting an error telling me that "cant connect to the internet try whitelisting chrome.exe" and chrome isnt blocked on my firewall! Im ready to just wipe both the ssd and the hdd but I have no idea how! Please help me!

you think its an adware or malware or a kinda virus, so I assume you did scan your system with some AV, did you? if not yet, download and install malwarebytes, hitmanPro and Panda av, they are all free...

Have run any antivirus? Like malwarebytes or something? it should be able to clean out most malware. If it were me and I didn't have any reason to keep that OS install I would just wipe the drive, reinstall windows and be done with it but I would at least try something like malwarebytes first.

Ive used AdwRemover but ill try malwarebyter right now

Install "Revo Uninstaller Freeware" & see if the Chrome is still Exist. If Exist, then unistall & remove the files.
If not, then Delete the Chrome folder from C: Drive. Like "C:\Program Files\Google"
Then Install "AdwCleaner" & scan. Scan completion need Restart.
If this resolve your problem then unistall two of them.
Then Install "Malwarebytes Anti-Malware" or "Spybot" & keep it in your PC.

I have done all of this (you werent the first to suggest) and nothing has worked. This is the MOST malicious malware I have ever seen. I think im going to have to wipe the drives and do a clean install of windows... The problem is it seems very complicated and difficult.

If you go to your control panel, view small icons rather than by category, click on Internet Options. You'll see Internet Properties pop up. Look for the Advanced tab, then click on the RESET button. It will reset all IE settings including plugins to their default state.

Then run Malware Bytes Anti Malware or whatever antivirus and anti malware programs you prefer, hopefully several different programs.

ADWCleaner worked for me when Adware Remover or Malwarebytes didn't.. I'd still run Malwarebytes though... either before or after ADWCleaner, to get different types of malware. Also look in msconfig and disable all processes except the antivirus and restart the computer, before running the scans.

AdwCleaner 5.0.1.0

Can you walk me through that? Ive never had a reason to wipe a drive so... Its a HDD thats 2TB and a 125gig sdd.

Are you absolutly sure you want to get rid of this OS? You will lose all the data on the computer.

Well you want windows 10 correct? You need to download this below get the 64bit version and you need a large enough empty USB drive to put it on read everything on this page. Let us know when your done.

Before i start I do have windows 8.1 install disk.I dont have a large enough storage drive to contain windows 10 but if im only wiping the drive should that be a problem?
