Adware problem on android

So heres my problem some time before i installed mcent which used to pay me for downloading apps but soon ads started popping up on my screen of phone anytime while using i removed mcent and all the apps dloaded from it but still the problem persists ads come out of nowhere and they have increased recently Sometimes even apps are downloaded at own and my wifi starts on its own please someone help me :/

Uninstall mcent.

I did try to use malware bytes and it detected a threat too but when i tried to uninstall it error came uninstall not successful
