Question ADWcleaner vs Malwarebytes

Is there difference between ADWcleaner's and Malwarebyte's scanning. Should i use Malwarebytes or ADWcleaner if i only scan my pc when i want to?

Use multiple malware scanners, it yields better result.

As Malwarebytes owns ADWCleaner, I'd suspect MBAM likey would find anything ADWClean er would, but, it won't hurt to run both , as each is pretty quick anyway....
