Just built my first gaming rig. All hardware is installed properly. I'm trying to boot my computer using a torrented Windows 7 OS from a USB. The USB has been formatted to be bootable, and it contains a windows 7 .iso.

I have configured BIOS to boot from this USB, however it tells me an operating system wasn't found, and to try disconnecting any drives that do not contain an operating system. The only drive connected to the rig is the formatted USB containing the Windows 7 .iso.

Any fixes?

Solution
1| Mind sharing the source of your .ISO file?
2| Can you please pass on your full system's specs alongside your peripherals and how you've populated the ports?
3| You may want to follow this guide for creating a bootable USB installer.

Since we don't know your motherboard's model apart from it's makers name, there isn't any way to diagnose the AE error code until the relevant information is parsed(#2).
