Aero like addon and Rocket Dock for XP ???

My new Dell came with Vista SP1 which I am hating by the day.
I loaded XP as a dual-boot and find myself running back to XP
constantly.

The only thing I like about vista is the Translucent looking Aero interface
and the Mac-like rocket dock.

I am thinking if I load these add-ons I will have the best of both worlds.
So who makes the best add-on programs for these 2 features?

Am I better off just installing "BricoPack Vista Inspirat Ultimate 2" ??
Or will that just slow my machine to a crawl?? I have an E8600.

This looks excellent.. I hope CrystalXP.net comes up with a Windows 7
Bricopack soon.

I was actually already looking CrystalXP.net's "Vista Inpirat 2" and
Vista Transformation Pack and from the reviews, CrystalXP.net had
the more stable and more polished product.

But thanks for the link... I'll try this out over the weekend.
