I need a 750w psu to replace mine but I'm on a budget don't really wanna spend more than 70.

The MOD XT has little information available online and the Integrator series as a whole are low quality and not recommendable. The only Aerocool power supply I know of that's actually good, is the 'Project 7' series. Look for something of better quality than the MOD XT. You'll have to spend more money to get a better model.

Could you explain why do you need a 750W PSU?

That system wouldn't use more than 450W at full load.
I suggest you get a reliable 550W-600W PSU.
A cheap PSU could have a short life, create issues and could even damage your system components.
