You should be okay with the unit you're mentioned but if I were you, I'd like to see other options in the market prior to settling on that Aerocool unit. Remember, you can go down the Tier list but if you can find a better unit ranked higher for a little more or the same price, why wouldn't you go for it?

That being said, where are you located, how much do you have allocated for your PSU and what sort of units do you have access to?
The GPU is the main power guzzler in a system. The 1660 Super requires at least a 450W PSU. That Aerocool you mentioned is cheap but should get the job done. As for 1440p gaming, you may struggle with a 1660 Super on AAA games - at the least you need an RTX 2060 Super or an AMD RX 5700.
thanks one more thing about the 1440p i have TV Sumsung 60Hz 24inch 1080p
is the 1440p will need other Screen??? ( is there a different about 1440p and 1080p in term of visual? ) cuz in youtube i cant notice that

If you have a 1080p TV then you cannot see the difference if you watch a video at 1440p, you need a 1440p monitor to see 1440p quality (TV's rarely come in 1440p, only 1080p or 4K). In terms of quality difference there is definitely a difference, though in order to make out that difference the screen-size needs to be at least 27" or more preferably for 1440p. So yes you will need another screen since you only have a 1080p screen. If you wish to learn more about quality difference and which is best for you please create another thread so more people can guide you since this topic can get quite in-depth.
