aerocool strike-x power 600W 80plus bronze

im planning to buy a 770 4gb video card this month

but Im not really good at reading the watts or amps of a psu.

Does my aerocool strike-x power 600W 80plus bronze sufficient enough to run a gtx 770 4gb video card?

Aerocool power supplies are not the best, it will work... but under stress? I'm not 100% certain. I would upgrade to a better psu perhaps from seasonic or Corsair.

Aerocool is not a high reputable psu company.

A GTX770 needs 600+W from a good quality psu per tiers 1, 2a or 2b of http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1804779/power-supply-unit-tier-list.html

Aerocool is in Tier 4 - Not for overclocking systems or high end gaming rigs.

Try Seasonic M12II 620, XFX 650 or Antec HCG 620M instead.

i dont know if this is right to post this question in this thread but will there still be enough juice to run an i5 3570 (im not going to overclock) if ill buy the Seasonic M12II 620 instead of corsair tx850M?

im also going to upgrade my cpu..

Yes - heaps. Most PSU recommendations leave 300W to run everything but the graphics card. Plus they quite often add 100W in case you buy a crappy power supply.
