Aethanolum 70%, for cleaning my cpu from thermal paste. can i use it?

i don't know anything about chemistry *, but i know that isopropyl 70%> is you need to clean it, but can you still use Aethanolum 70% to clean it?

Aethanolum is ethanol 70% thus alcohol, the only place I have seen online mention of this is on Bosnian web sites and after a little reading they seem to agree you can use it.
