Hi, I'm a YouTuber that like to record gaming videos and make music, I design and animate while streaming music on Spotify. I'm looking for an affordable Windows based system that can handle capturing gameplay in 1080p and 60 fps with games such as GTA V or Left 4 Dead 2. Thanks
