TL;DR: I'm looking for a bluetooth headset for PC that allows me to talk on the mic without muting my sound.
Anyway, I bought one on eBay (model: bh-m20) but there's an issue that I think pertains to using a bluetooth headset for gaming: there are two playback devices and 1 recording device:
Playback/Recording: "BH-M20 Hands Free" (audio quality: telephone)
Playback: "BH-M20 Stereo" (audio quality: CD quality)
Both are enabled as playback devices.
I was able to get it to work (use mic without my sound being muted) by disabling the "Stereo" playback device, but as you can imagine, all sound is crappy since it is in telephone quality. Apparently, you can't get the high quality audio and still use the mic at the same time without it muting your sound.
So I need a bluetooth/wireless headset for gaming that doesn't mute my sound while still delivering decent audio quality.
Any suggestions?
